You will be based in Melbourne, but may needÃ‚Â to travel, particularly to Asia. Ã‚Â You will workÃ‚Â directly for senior management onÃ‚Â
developing, documenting and growingÃ‚Â business opportunities for Climate Bridge.Ã‚Â You will lead Climate Bridge’s efforts toÃ‚Â
commercialise its carbon credits in theÃ‚Â burgeoning Australian carbon markets. You will lead Climate Bridge’s effort to exploreÃ‚Â
new strategic opportunities in the AustralianÃ‚Â carbon markets (eg. CFI, RECs, etc…) and otherÃ‚Â project and business opportunities in the AsiaPacific region.You will use your excellent skills on Excel andÃ‚Â Powerpoint to assist the Company CEO withÃ‚Â financial modelling, strategic analysis and theÃ‚Â preparation of Board papers and otherÃ‚Â documentation for the Company’s investors.
You must show:
– 1st class honours degree from anÃ‚Â internationally-recognised University
– At least 18 months experience with aÃ‚Â leading international managementÃ‚Â consultancy, investment bank or top-tierÃ‚Â law firm
– Excellent inter-personal skills
– Sophisticated negotiation abilityÃ‚Â
– Personal energy and drive
– Cultural sensitivity, and an ability to workÃ‚Â with colleagues all over the world (inÃ‚Â numerous different time-zones)Ã‚Â
– Highly numerate, extremely strong ExcelÃ‚Â and Powerpoint skills
Further, you should be comfortable withÃ‚Â ambiguity and excited by the idea of workingÃ‚Â in an entrepreneurial culture. Ã‚Â You will beÃ‚Â willing to jump in and lend a hand on a rangeÃ‚Â of different issues when the need arises.
